Pricing
As a medical practice, we do not have sales quotas or under-trained hearing aid technicians. Instead of being seen by a hearing aid salesperson, you’ll be treated by a doctor of audiology; a medical professional who will make a recommendation based on test results and evidence-based clinical knowledge (not a sales quota). In addition to accepting most insurance plans, we also have a price-match program for plans that we don’t currently accept. Though we offer the highest level of care in the area, we have found that our pricing is consistently lower than the big box stores and retail hearing aid chains. Accessibility through affordability is important to us, so we work hard to make sure that our patients don’t have to pay more to come to our clinic!
In-House & Manufacturer Hearing Aid Repairs
Hearing aids are made with delicate components that may require repair from time to time. At Coates Hearing Clinic, we offer in-house hearing aid repairs for most makes and models. We commonly address:

If a more complex issue arises, we can send your devices to the manufacturer for specialized service. Even if your hearing aids weren’t purchased through us, we are happy to help with service or repair.
