Kelsey is the voice you will most likely hear when you call the clinic. She assists with scheduling and answering questions. Kelsey is from California but has enjoyed making North Carolina her home. She was a teacher’s assistant previously in a Clayton elementary school. She loved working with children but wanted to work in the healthcare field.
Kelsey enjoys getting to know new patients then seeing them leave here hearing much better. We truly are a family business, as Kelsey is Dr. Coates’ sister-in-law.
Kelsey spends her free time with her family and walking her two dogs. She just moved into a new home.
Lab Manager/Community Outreach Coordinator
I am originally from Florida. I am a mom to 3 kids, 11 chickens and 2 goats. Interests outside of work include spending time with my family, my farm, and I have a wonderful husband who I met in 2013. We decided to move to NC a year ago to pursue a new opportunity in the field of audiology. I feel very passionate about developing amazing relationships and improving patients’ quality of life through communication. My particular audiology interest is community outreach and educating senior citizens on the importance of hearing health.
