COVID-19 Update

We are essential and open. Services: We are accepting new patients, providing comprehensive in-clinic testing, telehealth visits, phone consults, remote hearing aid fittings and programming. We also offer curbside service for our patients who need assistance but do not feel comfortable coming inside. We are flexible and will provide care to our patients whatever form they feel most comfortable. Precautions: We follow CDC guidelines and their recommendations on wearing masks. At this time, the CDC is advising everyone, including those who are vaccinated, to wear a mask indoors. We see many patients who are in the “High Risk” medical category. The best way we know to protect them is to follow the CDC’s guidelines. We also sanitize our patient areas between EVERY patient and do our best to socially distance. Our providers are fully vaccinated. At Coates Hearing Clinic, we understand that the COVID epidemic has been hard on everyone and that there is a lot of conflicting information that is being published.  To best protect our patients, we look to the CDC for information and guidance. If wearing a mask in our clinic will keep you from coming in, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate any patient who is seeking help from our clinic.
